It is delicious and easy to make

  1. Peel yam and sweet potatoes in a bowl filled with water
  2. Cut into smaller sizes
  3. Put a clean pot on fire and put the cut yam and sweet potatoes. Add little salt and water
  4. Diced onions into it and allow to boil untill it is soft
  5. When it is soft use wooden stick to pound it. Do not pound it completely there will still be some yams there then set aside
  6. Blend the pepper and onions roughly then in a clean pot, add palm oil and diced onions
  7. Add the blended pepper, salt and seasoning cubes. Allow it to fry for 3minutes
  8. Add the fried stew into the mashed yam then add little water and stir together
  9. Then place the pot on fire and allow it to steam for a minute. Then serve
