Pancake

Pancake is made with flour, vegetable oil (butter), sugar, egg, milk. It is easy to make

  1. Measure and sieve your flour in a bowl.

  2. Add salt to the flour and set aside

  3. In another bowl, add egg, vegetable oil, sugar, milk flavor, milk zest, vanilla flavor and milk then mix together using a whisk

  4. Add the flour into the mixture and stir vigorously to avoid lumps

  5. Add water until you get your desire texture ( I prefer it watery) and stir again

  6. Place a frying pan on fire preferably non stick pan. Add little butter and allow it to melt (allow the butter to spread on the frying pan)

  7. When the oil is hot, pour little quantity of batter. Allow it to fry

  8. Flip the pancake to the other side so that it will fry too

  9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter. Then serve
