Wash and cut your carrot and Irish potato into cubes. Blend the meat with blender
Place a clean pot on the fire, add vegetable oil and onions. Fry till translucent
Add the minced meat and stir until it turns pale
Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Then add little water and allow to boil for 2minutes. Add roughly blended pepper, Irish potatoes and carrots. Allow to cook for 2minutes.
Mix 2tablespoon of flour and water in a cup to form a paste. Add the paste into the fillings and stir. Put it down from the fire and allow to cool
Measure a flour into a bowl, add salt and baking powder then mix together
Add butter and mix with the flour to form crumbs
Mix vinegar and egg yolk together. Add it to the flour mixture then add cold water and milk flavor. Mix together. The dough should be modable. Wrap the dough in a nylon and refrigerate for 20minutes
Remove the dough from fridge and roll out with a rolling pin gently. Place the dough in a meat pie cutter then add the fillings.
Brush the outside with egg
Bake in the oven for 50minutes or until it is done
