Boil 5 eggs and remove the shell then set it aside. In another bowl, measure your flour and add salt, sugar, baking powder then mix together
Add butter and mix together
Add 1 egg and milk flavor then mix together
Add water to the dough and mix together. Allow the dough to rest for 20minutes then knead the dough again.
Divide the dough into five. Roll out each dough with rolling pin and place your egg gently then wrap it around.
Place a frying pan on fire and add vegetable oil. When it is hot place your wrap dough gently and keep turning till it is golden brown
Egg roll is ready to be served
