Beans and corn porridge

Beans and corn porridge is also known as Adalu. It is made with corn and beans. It is tasty and easy to make

  1. Boil fresh corn and remove the corn from the husk
  2. Place a clean pot on fire, add water and add the beans then add sliced onions

  3. Allow it to boil till it is soft and add salt then add the boiled fresh corn

  4. Allow it to cook for 10minutes. Blend the pepper and onions roughly. Add the blended pepper and seasoning cubes

  5. After 5minutes, add palm oil

  6. Allow to cook for sometime and serve
