HOW TO PRESERVE CARROTS

If you want to preserve carrots in water, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris then scrape out the top skin of carrots.
  2. Cut the carrots into small pieces or slices.
  3. Fill a clean glass jar or container with water, leaving some room at the top for the carrots.
  4. Add the cut carrots to the jar, making sure they are fully submerged in the water.
  5. Seal the jar or container tightly with a lid.
  6. Store the jar in the refrigerator.

The carrots will stay fresh for up to a week in the water. Make sure to change the water every two days to keep the carrots fresh and prevent any bacterial growth.
