- Blended pepper
- 3 Cup
- Palm oil
- 1 Cup
- Crayfish
- 1 Tablespoon
- Salt
- 5 Gram
- Stock cube
- 1 Bowl
- Chopped pumpkin leaf
- 1 Bowl
- Chopped Scent leaf
- Cut your yam and plantain into little cubes and boil untill soft
- Heat up palm oil,fry onions
- Add your blended pepper and allow to fry for few minutes
- Add salt, stock cube and crayfish,allow to fry fro few minutes
- Pour your sauce into your already boiled yam& plantain
- Mix together properly on a low heat
- Add your ugwu(pumpkin)leaf and scent leaf
- Mix properly and put off the fire
- Serve and enjoy with any protein of your choice
