Add some chopped onions and stir fry for 1 minute
Go in with some tomato paste
Fry the tomato till it is properly cooked which takes about 8 minutes
add seasoning and some crayfish powder to taste .
add water enough to cook your yam
add your Titus fish
add your Yama and potato then mix everything to combine , cover the pot to cook for 35 minutes on low heat.
after 35 minutes check on your yam to see if it is soft , if not allow to cook for another 10 minutes.
add ugwu leaf and scent leaf then mix everything to combine then cover to cook for 3 minutes
