YAM AND EGG SAUCE

Yam and egg sauce is one of the to go breakfast or lunch options in Nigeria . It is very budget friendly and easy to put together for you and your family.

  1. Peel your yam and cut into the size and shape you like and wash properly.

  2. Add some salt in water then introduce your washed yam, cover and cook till it's soft.

  3. Cut your chicken breast into small chunks.

  4. Season your chicken with some seasoning cubes, chicken spice .

  5. Add some vegetable oil in a pot introduce your chicken and fry for 8 minutes or till it's brown and nice.

  7. Add some more vegetable oil thing in with some onions, saute till it's translucent ,

  8. Go in with your chopped fresh tomatoes and blended pepper.

  9. Season with some seasoning cubes, curry powder, thyme . stir and cover to cook till the fresh tomatoes is properly cooked.

  10. Go in with the cooked chicken and stir. cover again to cook for 5 minutes.

  11. Then go in with your eggs mix and cover to cook till the eggs are combined and the eggs are lumpy.
