In a clean pot add in vegetable oil then red oil and add in your tomatoes and leave to heat for a few minutes
Add in your pepper mix and fry for 6 minutes
Add in two flat tin tomatoes also let fry for another 10 minutes in the same pot
Once it’s properly fried it’s is advised to use a timer
Add in your meat stock and add in your ingredients crayfish salt maggi thyme curry and the other desired ones
Cover for a few minutes to cook pour in your UGWU leaves let it steam for a bit then you check if the veggies are still bitter
If they’re not bring down and let cool
Parboil white rice in a pot after parboiling you cook till tender
Serve with your vegetable stew and enjoy
