Vegetable soup is prepared with vegetable leaf and waterleaf as primary ingredient. It’s a healthy meal.
- Firstly prepare your ingredients for the vegetable soup… wash ur meat, stock fish and kpomo and cook
- On a low heat, pour some red oil in a pot and allow to heat for few seconds and then put onions and your waterleaf and fry…
- Fry for few minutes, then add your seasoning, salt, pepper and crayfish and stir all together
- Next, pour your meat and meat stock then your vegetables and stir all together and allow to cook
- Your meal is ready….
