Vegetable soup

A delicious soup prepared with ugu and water leaf.

Can be eaten with eba (garri), fufu, Amala or semo.

  1. Wash and cut the ugu and water leaf
  2. Preboil the kpomo and Kpai-Kpai fish in a cooking pot, you can add any other meat of your choice. Add in your blended pepper and crayfish, seasoning cubes, onion (cut), salt and water.
  3. Add in one cooking spoon of palm oil and cook for a minute then put in the water leaf and cover to cook.
  4. Cook the water leaf for about 8-10 minutes before putting the ugu. Stir and cover for 3 minutes. It is better cooked half done.
  5. Dish and enjoy with your favourite swallow.
