A delicious soup prepared with ugu and water leaf.
Can be eaten with eba (garri), fufu, Amala or semo.
- Wash and cut the ugu and water leaf
- Preboil the kpomo and Kpai-Kpai fish in a cooking pot, you can add any other meat of your choice. Add in your blended pepper and crayfish, seasoning cubes, onion (cut), salt and water.
- Add in one cooking spoon of palm oil and cook for a minute then put in the water leaf and cover to cook.
- Cook the water leaf for about 8-10 minutes before putting the ugu. Stir and cover for 3 minutes. It is better cooked half done.
- Dish and enjoy with your favourite swallow.
