- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Crayfish powder
- 1 Tablespoon
- Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon
- Salt (to taste)

- Chopped tomato
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Blended scotch bonnet
- 200 Gram
- Fish
In a pan add some palm oil, chopped onion, chopped tomato and blended scotch bonnet.
Fry for 7minutes then add some seasoning powder, salt and crayfish a d cook for 3 minutes. Once it’s cooked add your washed fish, cook till the fish is properly cooked.
Go ahead and add your chopped ugwu( pumpkin)and cook for 2 minutes.
You can pair this with rice, yam or boiled plantain

- Add seasoning powder, crayfish powder and salt
- Cook for 2 minutes, then add the washed fish and cook till the fish is properly cooked
- Add the washed vegetable and cook for 2 minutes
- Your vegetable sauce is ready
