Wash and chop your vegetable thoroughly with warm water and drain

Add in your sliced onions and allow to saute for a minute
Then add in your chopped ponmo and allow it to fry for a minute
Add in the pepper blend, seasoning cubes and salt and allow to fry for 5 minutes
Afterwards, add in the chicken stock. Cover the pot and allow everything to cook together
