Vegetable Sauce

A delicious healthy vegetable recipe

  1. Wash and chop your vegetable thoroughly with warm water and drain
  2. Put a pot on fire and add in the palm oil
  3. Add in your sliced onions and allow to saute for a minute
  4. Then add in your chopped ponmo and allow it to fry for a minute
  5. Add in the pepper blend, seasoning cubes and salt and allow to fry for 5 minutes
  6. Afterwards, add in the chicken stock. Cover the pot and allow everything to cook together
  7. It is time for us to add the chopped vegetable and the chicken
  8. Mix everything till well combined. Cover and allow to simmer for 3 minutes
  9. Your vegetable Sauce is ready!! Serve n Enjoy!!!
