An easy to make, delicious, and healthy breakfast option with ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
This recipe is loaded with all the nutrients you need to get your day started. It has the right amount of carbs to provide the much needed energy, proteins for body building, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

- Cut an avocado in half, scoop into a bowl and mash into a paste with a fork
- Finely chop half a medium sized onion and one (you can use more, based on your preference) habenaro pepper
- Crack two eggs, season lightly with salt, add the pepper and onions, whisk gently, and set aside
- Set your stove on medium/low heat and heat up your pan
- Drizzle a tablespoon (15mls) of vegetable oil and allow to heat up slightly
- Scramble the eggs and transfer to a bowl.
- Generously coat one side of the bread with the avocado spread, add the scrambled eggs and cover with another slice of bread
- Coat the outer part of the bread with butter (optional)
- Transfer your sandwich stack to your slightly heated pan and allow to brown slightly on both sides.
- Your toasted Avocado and Egg Sandwich is ready to be devoured. Serve with hot or cold beverage
