- 1. Half tuber of yam
- 2 Medium
- Dry fish
- 2 Tablespoon
- Spicy Hilton mix
- 2 Tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper
- 3 Tablespoon
- Red oil
- Peel yam and cut into desired sizes
- Wash and put in a cooking pot, add seasonings, extra virgin olive oil
- Add water, onions , dry fish and pepper
- When boiled and the yam is soft add red oil
- Wash your spinach
- Cut into pieces
- At this point add more extra virgin olive oil for flavoring
- Add your chopped spinach leaves and put off the gas.
- And your spicy yam porridge is ready
- Serve hot 💯
