1. Half tuber of yam
2 Medium
Dry fish
2 Tablespoon
Spicy Hilton mix
2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon
Pepper
3 Tablespoon
Red oil

Spicy yam porridge
  1. Peel yam and cut into desired sizes

  2. Wash and put in a cooking pot, add seasonings, extra virgin olive oil

  3. Add water, onions , dry fish and pepper

  4. When boiled and the yam is soft add red oil

  7. At this point add more extra virgin olive oil for flavoring
