- 1 bulb Onions
- 1 Cup
- 1cup of diced coloured bell peppers
- 1 Cup
- Blended scotch bonnet
- 2 Teaspoon
- Chicken stock (Maggi)
- 1 Gram
- 1 pack of noodles
A meal that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, especially on a cold chilly day (a weather for two).
- Perboil your noodles
- Dice your onion, carrot, green beans, scotch bonnet, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, and scent leaf.
- Boil your eggs.
- Strain your noodles.
- In a sauce pan, add 2tbsp of cooking oil.
- Add your onion and all the diced veggies.
- Add a little water and simmer on low heat for 5mins, turn off the heat and serve.
