1 bulb Onions
1 Cup
1cup of diced coloured bell peppers
1 Cup
Blended scotch bonnet
2 Teaspoon
Chicken stock (Maggi)
1 Gram
1 pack of noodles

Spiced Scent-leaf Noodles

A meal that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, especially on a cold chilly day (a weather for two).

  1. Perboil your noodles
  2. Dice your onion, carrot, green beans, scotch bonnet, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, and scent leaf.
  3. Boil your eggs.
  4. Strain your noodles.
  5. In a sauce pan, add 2tbsp of cooking oil.
  6. Add your onion and all the diced veggies.
  7. Add a little water and simmer on low heat for 5mins, turn off the heat and serve.
