Pick bitter leave and shred into desired sizes.
Ŵash stock fish and meat
Dice onions into smaller cubes
Put palm oil inside put and place on fire
Add chopped onions into the frying oil
Grind pepper and garlic and add to frying onions
Add in all your desired protein (pumo, stock fish, beaf, dried fish, assorted and cray fish)
Add in salted washed bitter leave and allow to cook
Add seasoning and spices
Boil fresh water and turn semo
Allow semo to steam on low heat and mould into desired sizes and serve with bitter leave soup.
