- 1 Pound
- Sausage
- 2 Cup
- Bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoon
- Flour
- 1 Quart
- Vegetable oil

- Boil 4 eggs, peel and set aside
- Blend the sausage and place it in a bowl
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk
- Put the flour in a bowl
- Take the boil eggs, rub lightly in flour.
- Then wrap some blended sausages around the eggs till it's cover (patties)
- Lightly flour the sausage layer then dip inside the beaten eggs
- Roll in the bread crumbs till they are covered evenly
- Put oil on fire for deep frying and allow it to heat up ( not too hot)
- Fry till they are golden brown
- Your scotch egg is ready! Enjoy!!
