1 Pound
Sausage
2 Cup
Bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon
Flour
1 Quart
Vegetable oil

Scotch Egg
  1. Boil 4 eggs, peel and set aside
  2. Blend the sausage and place it in a bowl
  3. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk
  4. Put the flour in a bowl
  5. Take the boil eggs, rub lightly in flour.
  6. Then wrap some blended sausages around the eggs till it's cover (patties)
  7. Lightly flour the sausage layer then dip inside the beaten eggs
  8. Roll in the bread crumbs till they are covered evenly
  9. Put oil on fire for deep frying and allow it to heat up ( not too hot)
  10. Fry till they are golden brown
  11. Your scotch egg is ready! Enjoy!!
