- Blended pepper
- 2 Tablespoon
- Fresh tomato paste

- Sardine
- 2 Tablespoon
- Vegetable oil
- 1 Gram
- Stock cube
- Peel and cut your Irish potatoes, pot in a pot and boil untill soft
- Chop your onions
- Blend pepper (you're not using all o)
- Fresh tomato paste
- Whisk your eggs
- Get your sardine
- Heat up vegetable oil
- Stir in your onions , Fry for 2 minutes
- Stir in your pepper
- Add your tomato paste
- Stir and spice with salt and stock cube
- Add your sardine
- Add your whisked eggs
- Scramble untill egg is perfectly done
- Serve with your Irish potatoes and enjoy
