Samosa

A flaky samosa recipe

  1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables
  2. Put the veggies in a pot, add little salt and boil till soft
  3. In a pan, put small oil then add in the onions and saute then add in the ground beef. Add salt, seasoning cube, curry and stir fry till the color changes
  4. Add in a little bit of water to cook the meat
  5. After the water dries up, add in the cooked veggies. Stir and off the heat
  6. Get your Shawarma wrappers
  7. Scoop in some of the filling, wrap and deep fry till light golden brown on all sides
