- 1 Teaspoon

- 5 Cup
- Rice
- Cut up your fresh tomatoes and onions
- Prep your pepper and crayfish and other ingredients
- Put in 1 cup of groundnut oil and pour in your onions once the oil is hot
- Let the onions fry for some seconds the add your fresh tomatoes the add 1/2 cup of red oil let it fry for 10 minutes
- Add in your tin tomatoes let it fry for an additional 5 minutes
- Put in your crayfish pepper a cup of water and spices
- Cover and let it simmer for a minute
- Take down and boil your rice till done
- Serve and enjoy
