- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 Tablespoon
- Powder yeast
- 2 Tablespoon
- Chili flakes
- 1 Liter
- Vegetable oil

- Lukewarm water
Puff Puff is a deep fried sweet dough, and a popular Nigerian snack that can be eaten anytime of the day.
- In a clean bowl, pour flour, sugar, salt, yeast and chili flakes and mix together
- Add water bit by bit and continue to mix till you get a soft batter.
- Cover the bowl with a cling film or an airtight cloth for 1 hour. This is to let the batter rise.
- On medium heat, pour some vegetable oil in a deep pot and heat till it's hot
- Scoop the batter with your hand into the hot oil and fry puff on both sides till it's golden brown.
- Repeat the method for the remaining batters
