Potatoes is rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. Potatoes were a life-saving food source in early times because the vitamin C prevented scurvy….potato chips is a great snack for the go..can be enjoyed anytime of the day
- Peel your potatoes and dice into desired shapes...i prefer strips.....make sure it is thin enough so as to allow it cook easily
- Heat your oil under medium heat...when it is hot enough reduce heat and start frying ... add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the oil
- Deep fry till you achieve the golden brown and you can drain
