Porridge plantain and beans has health benefits such as weight loss, helps in digestion, prevent fats and also boost immune system
- Wash the beans and add alittle water to cook again ( no need for plenty water since the beans is soft already)
- On the other hand slice ur ripped plantains into smaller pieces, ur tomatoes, onions and set aside
- Blend your crayfish together with some fresh pepper and set aside too
- Add some red oil (palm oil) , onions to the cooking beans and pour ur sliced plantains, tomatoes and onions
- Add some blended crayfish, some salt to taste and species stir all together
- Allow to cook for few minutes and your meal is ready
