Porridge plantain and beans

Porridge plantain and beans has health benefits such as weight loss, helps in digestion, prevent fats and also boost immune system

 

  1. Wash the beans and add alittle water to cook again ( no need for plenty water since the beans is soft already)
  2. On the other hand slice ur ripped plantains into smaller pieces, ur tomatoes, onions and set aside
  3. Blend your crayfish together with some fresh pepper and set aside too
  4. Add some red oil (palm oil) , onions to the cooking beans and pour ur sliced plantains, tomatoes and onions
  5. Add some blended crayfish, some salt to taste and species stir all together
  6. Allow to cook for few minutes and your meal is ready
