Porridge beans is very cheap , healthy and easy to cook and taste delicious… beans is a good source of protein, iron , fibre etc
- Firstly, pick and perboil your beans then wash it
- After washing, cook the beans till it’s soft
- Then add your red oil, onion, crayfish, stock fish/ dry fish, seasoning, salt and pepper and mix all together
- Allow to cook for few minutes and your meal is ready
- It can be served with fried plantains or anything of your choice
