Porridge beans and fried plantains

Porridge beans is very cheap , healthy and easy to cook and taste delicious… beans is a good source of protein, iron , fibre etc

  1. Firstly, pick and perboil your beans then wash it
  2. After washing, cook the beans till it’s soft
  3. Then add your red oil, onion, crayfish, stock fish/ dry fish, seasoning, salt and pepper and mix all together
  4. Allow to cook for few minutes and your meal is ready
  5. It can be served with fried plantains or anything of your choice
