Plain pancake

Pancake is a think flat food made from flour, milk, egg as its main ingredients. It can be consumed along side with tea as a breakfast. It can also be topped with fruits like strawberry or syrup.

  1. Sieve in the flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Add the egg, milk and melted margarine and whisk together
  3. Add a little oil on a non-stick frying pan and pre-heat on a low heat
  4. Add the mixture on the pan using a cup or deep spoon
  5. Cook for few minutes on the same low heat until lightly brown coloured
  6. Flip and cook the other side of the pancake
  7. Turn on to a plate and serve as breakfast
