- 50 Gram

- Milk and water
Pancake is a think flat food made from flour, milk, egg as its main ingredients. It can be consumed along side with tea as a breakfast. It can also be topped with fruits like strawberry or syrup.
- Sieve in the flour and salt in a bowl
- Add the egg, milk and melted margarine and whisk together
- Add a little oil on a non-stick frying pan and pre-heat on a low heat
- Add the mixture on the pan using a cup or deep spoon
- Cook for few minutes on the same low heat until lightly brown coloured
- Flip and cook the other side of the pancake
- Turn on to a plate and serve as breakfast
