- 1 full pineapple

This is fried rice made with pineapples and served in pineapple bowls. It is so yummy , sweet spicy and absolutely delicious and a must try, let’s get cooking…
- Prepare the sauce for the rice , which is a mix of soy sauce, blended sesame oil and honey . mix and set aside
- To prep the pineapple bowl, cut the pineapple into 2 halves
- Cut 3 lines horizontally and vertically on the pineapple, then use a spoon to take out the pineapples, Scrape out all the pineapple and juice till it looks like this.
- Add some white ground pepper and salt into the eggs
- Season your protein (beef, chicken, shrimp etc) with some soy sauce and seasoning, mix and set aside.
- In a dry pan add some vegetable oil, and scramble the eggs
- Go in with extra vegetable oil and stir fry your beef, for 10 minutes, till it's nice and brown.
- If you're using shrimp stir fry for 4 minutes then take it out, but if you're using beef or chicken continue by going in with your blended pepper onions and garlic , sir fry till the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Go in with your carrots
- Add your sweet corn and spring onions
- Add in with your cooked washed rice and and and the sauce mix
- Go in with the pineapples and stir in till when combined
- Then go in with the left over, sweet corn carrots and spring onions
- Go in with your scrambled eggs ,stir fry all the ingredient in and your pineapple fried rice is ready.
- Serve into your pineapple bowl and enjoy the lush taste.
