Peppered chicken
  1. Clean your chicken and rinse

  2. Add scotch bonnet, onion's, curry, thyme and salt

  3. Then add in water and stir

  4. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes
  5. After 15 minutes, put oil inside the pot and heat It up
  6. Add in garlic to the oil and the chicken
  7. Fry till golden brown
  8. In another pot, add in your vegetable oil
  9. Add in the onions and scotch bonnet and salt, curry rosemary and allow to fry

  10. Then afterwards add in your chicken and bell pepper
  11. Mix till everything is well combined. Your delicious pepper chicken is ready
