- 1 Cup
- Flour
- 1 Cup
- Milk
- 1 Large
- Egg
- 2 Tablespoon
- Melted margarine
- 2 Tablespoon
- Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla extract
- Beat the egg and add in the milk. Whisk it together
- Then add the melted margarine, vanilla extract and mix
- Then add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar). Mix till everything is well combined
- Put a non stick pan on fire and add in little vegetable oil or butter
- Scoop in your pancake batter in desired sizes
- Allow it to cook and flip it when you can see bubbles at the edge of the pancakes
- Serve with butter, sugar, tea or coffee
