Scotch bonnets

Blended crayfish

Palm oil stew
  1. Blend the tomatoes, scotch bonnet roughly and put in separate bowls
  2. Chop your onions
  3. Put the pot on fire and add the Palm oil
  4. Add in your onions and allow it to fry on low heat for 3 minutes
  5. Add in the roughly blended scotch bonnet and Tomatoes and mix
  6. Add in salt, Curry, thyme, blended crayfish and seasoning cubes and stir everything together
  7. Allow It to fry for 20 minutes on low heat
  8. After 20 minutes, you should see the oil floating ontop of the stew. This shows that the stew is ready
  9. You can eat the stew with either rice and beans , yam, spaghetti etc
