- 1 Teaspoon
- Cinnamon Powder
This oven-roasted potatoes with tomato sauce is a very easy meal to make ,you can easily make it your own by adding other ingredients that you like and it’s healthy.
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Wash your desired potatoes clean with salt, while leaving the skin on
- Cut your potatoes into wedges
- Season your potatoes with,salt, pepper,curry,thyme, any herb of your choice and oil. Massage the spices well into the potatoes and place them on your desired pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides, until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- While the potatoes are in the oven, slice your onions, tomatoes and blend your pepper.
- Heat your sauce pan,put in oil,fry your onions to your desired taste then add your pepper and tomatoes,let it fry for about 5 mins,,then you add your seasoning (salt,Maggie(stock cube),thyme, curry,garlic powder, cinnamon)..let your sauce cook for 3 mins
- Your potatoes are ready!!
- Combine your roasted potatoes with your tomatoes sauce and cook for 2 mins
- Your meal is ready!! Serve as desired
