Oven-roasted  potatoes with tomato sauce

This oven-roasted potatoes with tomato sauce is a very easy meal to make ,you can easily make it your own by adding other ingredients that you like and it’s healthy.

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Wash your desired potatoes clean with salt, while leaving the skin on

  2. Cut your potatoes into wedges

  3. Season your potatoes with,salt, pepper,curry,thyme, any herb of your choice and oil. Massage the spices well into the potatoes and place them on your desired pan.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides, until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. While the potatoes are in the oven, slice your onions, tomatoes and blend your pepper.
  6. Heat your sauce pan,put in oil,fry your onions to your desired taste then add your pepper and tomatoes,let it fry for about 5 mins,,then you add your seasoning (salt,Maggie(stock cube),thyme, curry,garlic powder, cinnamon)..let your sauce cook for 3 mins
