This sauce is absolutely delicious and for the onions lovers, so if you are not a fan of onions you can skip this recipe (lol)…
- In your pot or pan go in with some vegetable oil
- Add some seasoning and mixed spices, give that a stir to combine with the oil
- Go in with your soft turkey , and stir fry on both sides for 10 minutes
- When the turkey is nice and brown, take it our and set aside
- Now go in with your chopped onions, depending on how much sauce you want to make of it.
- stir fry the onions until it is translucent , then go in with some blended tatashe
- Go in with some seasoning to taste
- Add some crayfish powder and some salt, cook the onions till it is very soft and sweet and soggy.
- Go back in with your turkey and cook for another 2-3 minutes and your sauce is ready
- The best pair for this sauce is some boiled or fried yams.
