Oiless Okro Soup

Place a pot on medium heat. Add water, pepper mix and fish add seasoning and boil for 5mins.

Remove the fish from the pot and set aside. Add locust beans, onions, goat meat and assorted ( you can add any protein of your choice) and leave to cook for 5mins.

Add the chopped okra to the sauce and stir until well incorporated (add more water if needed).

Stir in the ground crayfish and salt (if using) and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. check for salt and seasoning and adjust to taste. Return the fish  to the pot, gently stir to combine so as not to break the fish.

Take it off the heat and serve with any swallow of choice.
