African easy soup

  1. Get your desired size of pot rinse and keep aside
  2. Wash your meat using salt and water , then rinse with just water and put or add into the pot
  3. Add salt to taste, Maggie cubes and water that will cover the too of the meat a little and cook
  4. While doing that chop your okra which is washed already and set aside do same with your uziza leaves and set aside
  5. Wash your stock fish (okporoko) or dry fish if you are using stock fish wash it and add into your meat if dry fish (dry cat fish or any other) just wash and set aside do not add to avoid breaking inside the pot you can add the dry fish once you are done adding your okra and uziza leaves
  6. Cook your meat and stock fish for 10 to 15 min depending your meat then add your grinded ogbono and Palm oil and allow to boil also add your fresh or grinded pepper with crayfish in then stir to mix well and allow to boil more
  7. Add your okra and uziza leaves in stir and taste note that after tasting you might decide or you might need to add more salt and Maggie cubes to taste if taste is good then serve hot do not over cook your okra for the first day or time very important Enjoy
  8. If soup is too thick you can add water me I like mine thick but not too much
