OFADA SAUCE

ofada stew also known as ayamase sauce is made from palm oil, fermented locust beans , and tatashe (bell peppers)

  1. In your pan go in with some palm oil .

  2. Add your blended taste in to the pot. always remove the seeds from your peppers so your food is not bitter and too spicy

  3. Give that a good mix and allow to cook for 15 minutes

  4. Then go in with your fresh fish , if you're using meat, cook your meat first.

  6. some crayfish, chopped onions and seasoning, stir everything and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
