- 1 Cup
- Flour
- 1 Teaspoon
- Yeast
- 20 Gram
- Milk powder
- 2 Cup
- Water
- 2 Tablespoon
- Sugar
- 4 Cup
- Vegetable oil
- Put flour in a bowl
- Add in sugar, milk powder & yeast
- Mix everything together
- Then add in your salt
- Add in your water and mix with hand till the batter is stretchy
- Cover and allow to rest for at least 30 minutes in a warm place
- Put vegetable oil on fire and allow it to warm up
- Add in your puff puff batter using your hand or a water bottle
- Allow it to deep fry till both sides are golden brown
- Your delicious Nigerian puff puff is ready
