This Nigerian concoction Jollof rice,is not like the normal jollof rice when all your ingredients are available..Your concoction Jollof rice is made with few ingredients you have in the kitchen,which makes it easier to just mix and eat. It’s a no stress rice
- Cut your onions
- Tomato paste
- Gravy(made with blended onions,pepper and spices)
- Meat stock
- Washed rice
- Heap up vegetable oil and fry your onions
- Add in your gravy and stir
- Add in your tomato paste and stir
- Add your meat stock
- Add water and spices(salt, stock cube,curry,thyme,bay leaves)my gravy already has lots of pepper
- Add in your washed rice and allow to cook untill soft
- Once your rice is ready
- Serve and enjoy
