Put beans in a bowl and add water to it till it's completely soaked. Leave for 20 minutes
After the 2o minutes is complete, you will drain the water
Then pound it with a mortar to peel off the skin
After the skin is completely off, you will blend it with a blender along with the onions, scotch bonnet, shombo till a smooth paste is form
Pour into a bowl, add the seasoning cubes, salt, vegetable oil. Mix till everything is well combined

Peel the eggs, portion the paste into a bowl, leaves, tin or nylon
