A healthy Nigerian meal made with beans and usually eaten with pap/akamu.

  1. Put beans in a bowl and add water to it till it's completely soaked. Leave for 20 minutes
  2. After the 2o minutes is complete, you will drain the water
  3. Then pound it with a mortar to peel off the skin
  4. After the skin is completely off, you will blend it with a blender along with the onions, scotch bonnet, shombo till a smooth paste is form
  5. Pour into a bowl, add the seasoning cubes, salt, vegetable oil. Mix till everything is well combined

  6. Peel the eggs, portion the paste into a bowl, leaves, tin or nylon

  7. Put it on fire and allow it to cook for 35 minutes
