Organic rice(shinkafan tuwo)

1 Egg
1 Tablespoon
Yeast
1 Tablespoon
Baking powder

Beef or any meat of choice

Meaty Massa
  1. Wash your rice and soak it
  2. Then fetch a little out of it, 3-4 tsp to cook, then grind the rest
  3. Beat your egg, add it to the grinded rice
  4. Add your boiled rice,yeast and baking and leave to rise
  5. Add your meat to each hole to the massa pan and fry at low heat
