- 1 Teaspoon

- Ground Beef meat
- 1 Small
- Irish potatoes

- Meat stock
- 1 Teaspoon
- curry masala
- 1 Tablespoon
- Flour (for slurry)
- 1 Tablespoon

This is a yummy snack with fillings like beef, carrot, Irish potatoes etc it’s a snack that is unresistable and loved by everyone
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add in the cold margarine and mix till you get a crumbly texture
- Then add in your egg and water and mix till a dough is formed. Chill for 15 minutes
- Put oil in a pan and add in the chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes
- Add in the meat stock and the carrot and potato and allow to cook till soft
- Add the seasoning salt, curry masala, seasoning cubes. The seasoning you will use depends on how rich your stock is
- Then add in the ground beef and cook till the color changes from pink to brown
- Mix your flour and water together to form a slurry and add it to the mixture on fire to thicken it
- Your filling is ready
- Preheat your oven to 180c
- Roll out your dough and cut into circles
- Put in the filling inside and cover. Repeat this process
- Put in a grease baking tray and bake till it's golden
