Firstly, in a bowl, mix your flour, sugar, salt,, baking powder and mix thoroughly and add butter to it to give it a nice texture
In another bowl, mix your eggs with cold water and transfer to the mixed flour and mix all together to get a dough…then wrap and refrigerate for 30mins
For your sauce filling; on a low heat, pour small oil, add your onions, carrot , your sliced meat or liver, seasoning, pepper and thyme and stir all together and then add your sliced potatoes and meat broth and allow to cook and set aside
Then preheat the oven, bring out your dough, divide it into different pieces and roll to get your desired size
Then each rolled dough, add 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture into it and fold over
Then using a fork to seal the dough and then rub the remaining beaten egg all over the dough
Then bake for 25-30mins until golden brown
