- Put in your minced beef into a bowl then add your bread crumbs.
- go in with 2 raw eggs
- add some oyster sauce
- go in with some ketchup
- season with some curry powder, seasoning cubes, cayenne pepper and your seasoning of choice.
- Mix everything to combine alll the ingredients properly
- Grease a tray or plate and also your palm with some vegetable
- hold the beef into balls like this
- In a pan go in with some vegetable oil
- fry the meat balls till it is nice and brown
- take the balls out then go in with some chopped onions and some minced garlic saute for a minute
- go in with some tomato paste
- fry for 8-10 minutes
- then add your pepper mix, which includes, atatrodo, fresh tomatoes, and tatshe
- go in with some curry powder
- add some seasoning cubes
- stir fry the sauce for like 8 minutes then go in with your meat balls
- mix the balls into the sauce and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- then go in with your pasta cooked al dente
- mix the spaghetti into the sauce and allow to cook for another 3 minutes
- serve your pasta and enjoy
