1 Cooking spoon

salt to taste

Local bread and egg toast with avocado filling

My local way of preparing this delicious breakfast with frying pan

  1. Mix egg, pepper, onion and salt to taste and beat together
  2. Dip a slice of bread in the egg add repeat for all the breads
  3. Place a pan on a low fire, pour small oil
  4. Pour in 2 cooking spoons of oil and place two slices of the bread in the pan
  5. When it's brown, turn to the other side and fry till it's brown
  6. Remove and repeat for the remaining breads and egg. Fill in the breads with avocado and serve
