- Cashew nuts
- 3 Cooking spoon
- Cream milk
- Soak your tiger nut over night(the dried one). Also soak the debino for three hours, break and pieces the coconut. Add everything to your blender and add water.blend till you get a smooth result and sieve the milk out and serve chilled. And if its gonna to reach the next day, then allow it to freeze. Mine usually stays more than two days, but please note that it just depends on the way you preserve it.

- Add the apple
- Add the cashew nuts
- Add tye banana and milk to the blender
- Add the ginger also
- Add water blend till you get a smooth result and sieve the milk out
- serve chilled.
