A continental dish made by the Arabs. Kofta is solely minced meat grilles over low medium heat and served with pita bread or any desired bread.

  1. Add minced meat in a food processor.
  2. Add garlic, fresh parsley/corriander leaves, onions, peppers, seasoning, black pepper, olive oil and lime juice. Then process.
  3. If U don't hv a food processor, blender or equivalent should do.
  4. Now grease your palm with oil and roll the processed meat in the skewer. Repeat untill the meat is finished.
  5. Place a pan on fire, grease with oil or butter.
  6. Now place the rolled meat on th pan. Cover and let it cook fo 15 mins, turning sides frequently.
  7. Kofta is ready. I love to serve it alongside fries.
