Jollof Spaghetti with boiled eggs

A nice and filling meal for dinner

  1. Prep your ingredients carrots pepper onions fresh tomatoes
  2. Boil water when it boils put two packs of spaghetti
  3. Once it parboils and softens drain the water
  4. Put a dry pot on fire put in your oil add onions let it fry for 30 seconds
  5. Pour in the fresh tomatoes let it fry with the onions for 10 minutes
  6. Add your tin or satchet tomatoes to the fresh ones on fire let all fry for an extra 5 minutes
  7. While this is frying in add in your cut red pepper and diced carrots
  8. Add your spices as desired add water to the sauce depending on how raw your spaghetti is
  9. Allow the sauce and ingredients simmer on low heat for a minute
  10. Add in your parboiled spaghetti
  11. Allow to cook on low heat to avoid burning
  12. Taste and serve
  13. Boil your eggs for 15 minutes and serve with the dish
