Prep your ingredients carrots pepper onions fresh tomatoes
Boil water when it boils put two packs of spaghetti
Once it parboils and softens drain the water
Put a dry pot on fire put in your oil add onions let it fry for 30 seconds
Pour in the fresh tomatoes let it fry with the onions for 10 minutes
Add your tin or satchet tomatoes to the fresh ones on fire let all fry for an extra 5 minutes
While this is frying in add in your cut red pepper and diced carrots
Add your spices as desired add water to the sauce depending on how raw your spaghetti is
Allow the sauce and ingredients simmer on low heat for a minute
Add in your parboiled spaghetti
Allow to cook on low heat to avoid burning
Taste and serve
Boil your eggs for 15 minutes and serve with the dish
