JOLLOF CREAMY PASTA

This is not your regular jollof pasta, you should try this one out.

  1. In a pot of boiling water add some salts then add your pasta of choice and allow to cook for 12 minutes .In another pan or skillet, go in with some vegetable oil, chopped onions and minced garlic, saute for 1 minute .

  2. Then go in with your tomato mix (check my blog post for the recipe), fry that for a few seconds.

  3. Then go in with your coconut milk.

  4. Stir to combine, then add some seasoning, paprika and some chilli . Mix everything to combine and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.

  5. Go in with your pasta cooked al dente

  6. Stir to combine ,allow to cook for 3 minutes.

  7. Go in with some fresh parsley , let it sit for 2 minutes and your jollof pasta is ready.
