Add to your high quality blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.

Open the blender and scrape the paste hanging onto the blades of the blender .

Cover again to blend and the second blend will look crunchy , if you like crunchy peanut butter, you can stop here.

If you need a smooth paste cover to blend again, you can add sweetener like sugar, honey or maple syrup.

Blend for another 2 minutes to achieve a smooth paste.

Take it out of the blender and store in a jar with a lid.
