Homemade peanut Burgar

This snack is tasty and delicious

  1. On a tray clean the groundnut by picking the dirt from it
  2. Pour the clean peanut into a big bowl
  3. In a small bowl whisk egg and sugar together very well
  4. In another medium bowl seive the flour and mix baking powder with milk flavour and salt together
  5. Pour 2 tablespoon of egg mixture over the peanut and shake it thoroughly. When its well combine pour over the dry ingredients also and shake.
  6. Repeat the operation until the mixture is well combined and triple in size of the peanut
  7. Fry in a hot vegetable oil
